Yoga Flow with Ali on Zoom

Service Description

Ali's fitness based approach to yoga, will help you to build flexibility, endurance and strength through a moving meditation. Classes will have a flowing 'vinyasa' style where the focus is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose on its own. Ali invites all abilities to her classes and can help you find a flow that will suit your body and explore your own challenges. We Always end with a 5-10 minute relaxation process to leave you feeling calm, centred and ready to face your day. Ali who was already an experienced fitness instructor, completed her Yoga Alliance credited 200H YTT in Power Yoga under the guidance of Jason Pooley, found of The House of Yoga in London and a prodigy of Baron Baptiste. She is now building an inclusive and supportive yoga group into the local community in Haslemere. This is a live streamed Zoom class of Ali's regular hour long Sunday Yoga Flow with Ali class at Shottermill Junior School. You'll just need your yoga mat, a drink and a good WiFi connection: simply power up your device and you are good to go! Cancellation Policy

For online Zoom classes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged.
