Service Description
Purchasing this pass means you can come to both Body Conditioning and Yoga on a weekend of your choosing. There is no need to book into classes separately but know that you are checked in for a weekend double class of fun! BODY CONDITIONING 9.15-9.55AM All you need is a mat and some dumbbells (Ali can lend you some if you need!), and this class becomes essential if you’re a woman in her 'Mid-Life Era'! From 30 onwards, muscle loss ramps up, bone density drops, and metabolism slows. Strength training is the ONLY proven way to fight all three. This class builds strength, boosts your metabolism, protects your bones, and keeps you moving with power and confidence. Each week: Smart strength. Real core work. Sometimes light cardio. Total results. Beginner or advanced: you’ll be challenged, supported, and get stronger with every session. If you’re in your mid-life, this isn’t optional, it’s how you future-proof your body. YOGA FLOW WITH ALI 10.00-11.00AM Discover strength, calm, and confidence in Ali’s uplifting vinyasa yoga class. Her fitness-based flow builds flexibility, endurance, and ease through moving meditation, with personalised guidance for every ability. Each session ends with a blissful relaxation, leaving you grounded and ready for your day. Ali, who trained under Jason Pooley at London’s House of Yoga, has created a warm, supportive community right here in Haslemere. A must-try class if you want to feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body. There will be no classes on: 25th January (Ali is running a retreat) 15th February (half term) 22nd February (half term) If you are booking via the Spaces app you are consenting to the below by participating: I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise programme may be injurious to my health, I am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. For live single class bookings (in person), you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged.
