This class is perfect for those who feel achy, tired or fatigued. It is 30 minutes online before bedtime, for focused stretching designed to lengthen muscles and release tension and knots throughout the whole body. We move slowly and hold poses for longer. This class is suitable for beginners, even if you have never practiced yoga before. If you are a runner, a cyclist or just need to take things gently, this class is perfect for you - it will calm and restore you.
If this is an online Zoom, or single live class booking, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged. If you are signing up to a course, retreat or event, you can transfer the booking to another individual at your own discretion, but your booking is non-refundable.
