This express class is a mixture of pilates and yoga style movements to help improve mobility, flexibility & strength, and centre the mind. It is for all abilities. We have 8 different rounds focusing on one position, flow, or movement for 3 different but related exercises of 45 seconds each. There is a short break between each round to transition into the next one. Some rounds will offer ways to progress the movement, but options to adapt are given throughout. A yoga mat and a drink is required. If you are booking via the Spaces app or online you consent to the below by participating: I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise programme may be injurious to my health, I am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. Having such knowledge, I acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate.
If this is a Zoom class booking, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged. If you are signing up to a yoga course or live yoga class, you can transfer your booking to another individual, or day (for single class) but your booking is non-refundable.
