This is our monthly HiiT workout for the ultimate endorphin blast. It will either be bodyweight only, or a few dumbbells will be required. It is a short (30-40 minutes), fun and energetic workout for all abilities, from low impact to high intensity. You will build lean muscle, increasing strength and improving your cardio fitness. HiiT burns a lot of calories in a short space of time, the same as going on a long steady state run. Did you know, you can also burn more calories and fat the 24 hours after your HiiT workout? You'll get a huge endorphin rush afterwards, leaving you feeling great! If you are booking via the Spaces app or online you consent to the below by participating: I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise programme may be injurious to my health, I am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. Having such knowledge, I acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate.
If this is an online Zoom, or single live class booking, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged. If you are signing up to a course or event, you can transfer the booking to another individual but your booking is non-refundable.
