A short, fun and energetic workout for all abilities, from low impact to high intensity. You will build lean muscle, increasing strength and improving your cardio fitness. HiiT burns a lot of calories in a short space of time, the same as going on a long steady state run. Did you know, you can also burn more calories and fat the 24 hours after your HiiT workout? You'll get a huge endorphin rush afterwards, leaving you feeling great! We sometimes use a few hand weights, so dumbbells are useful if you have them, but it will only be for 1 or 2 exercises and can be done without. You can also improvise with tins, bottles etc. Have a drink handy and a mat for floor work if you require. If you are booking via the Spaces app or online you consent to the below by participating: I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise programme may be injurious to my health, I am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. Having such knowledge, I acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate.
If this is a Zoom class booking, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged. If you are signing up to a yoga course or live yoga class, you can transfer your booking to another individual, or day (for single class) but your booking is non-refundable.
