All you need is a couple of dumbbells or weights for this short total body workout, focusing on toning and shaping the whole body. After the age of 30, women start to lose muscle mass if they remain inactive at a rate of 3-5% per decade, so think of this as a way to maintain muscle mass rather than 'bulking up'. Regularly working the muscles can also increase bone density which can in turn reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis in later life. Finally.... increasing muscle mass will also speed up your metabolism, enabling you to burn calories faster in every day life. What is there not to love about 'Express Lifting" with me?! If this is a Zoom class booking, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours prior to the start time of the class, otherwise you will be charged. If you are signing up to a yoga course or live yoga class, you can transfer your booking to another individual, or day (for single class) but your booking is non-refundable.
