Service Description
All you need is a mat and some dumbbells and this class becomes essential if you’re a woman in her 'Mid-Life Era'! From our 30's onwards, muscle loss ramps up, bone density drops, and metabolism slows. Strength training is the ONLY proven way to fight all three. This class builds strength, boosts your metabolism, protects your bones, and keeps you moving with power and confidence. Each week: Smart strength. Real core work. Sometimes light cardio. Total results. Beginner or advanced: you’ll be challenged, supported, and get stronger with every session. If you’re in your mid-life, this isn’t optional, it’s how you future-proof your body. We begin on January 4th and have 10 awesome sessions to look forward to in the Spring Term. Please note no classes on the following Sundays: January 25th (Ali is running a retreat day) February 15th - half term February 22nd - half term Make sure you have a good connection to WiFi, power up your device and you are good to go! If you are booking via the Spaces app you are consenting to the below by participating: I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise programme may be injurious to my health, I am voluntarily participating in a physical activity.
