Power yoga is a new addition to the Ali C Fitness Hub offerings. It will help you to build flexibility, endurance and strength through a moving meditation. It has a flowing 'vinyasa' style where the focus is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose on it's own. Power Yoga has an energetic feel and a fitness-based approach to yoga which enables possibilities for all abilities. We end with a relaxation process to leave you feeling calm, centred and ready to face your day!
Ali who is already an experienced fitness instructor, completed her Yoga Alliance credited 200H YTT in Power Yoga in June 2020 under the guidance of Jason Pooley, founder of The House of Yoga in London and a prodigy of Baron Baptiste. She is now looking to bring live power yoga into the local community in Haslemere, as well as online with her Ali C Fitness Hub community.
Ali truly believes that yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.
